Lead Receptionist
Charlene grew up in Delta, British Columbia. She made her way over to Vancouver Island in 2020 where she landed a receptionist position at Mill Bay Veterinary Hospital. Charlene’s combined passion for veterinary medicine and her extensive customer service experience made her an excellent addition to our team. Her goal in her position is to make sure each patient and client feels well cared for right from the moment they step through the front door.
In her free time, you can find her hanging out with her two cats Shine and Tigerlily, golfing, at the gym, or exploring the outdoors.
