Michelle loves being part of a veterinary team that truly cares about the pets we treat, the people who love them, and each other. As Practice Manager, she enjoys supporting the team, solving the inevitable day-to-day challenges of veterinary life, and finding ways to make the hospital an even better place for both clients and staff.
She believes great veterinary care starts with a great team, and that a little kindness, humour, and teamwork can go a long way!
In her free time, Michelle enjoys exploring Vancouver Island, spending time with her husband and pets, and travelling whenever she gets the chance. She has a special connection to the Caribbean, having lived there and fallen in love with its warm culture, beautiful landscapes, and relaxed way of life. She also speaks Spanish, a skill that has opened the door to many wonderful people and experiences along the way. And, naturally, she rarely passes up an opportunity to stop and say hello to a dog!
